Fernando is a professional banker with 15 years of banking experience and an Attorney-At-Law in the Commercial Practice with over 13years of experience. He is an Associate of Professional Financial Managers ( UK), Fellow of Industrial Certified Accountants (Canada), Commercial Arbitrator ( ICPL), Intellectual Property Agent in Sri Lanka, Registered Company Secretary, Member of Certified Professional Managers (SL). He serves as a Board member & Senior Legal Consultant for 10 leading companies in Sri Lanka. He is also the Legal Counsel -Consular Affairs, Honorary Consulate of the Republic Of Lithuania. Mr Fernando is also the Senior Consultant Legal & Finance for SIYOL INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD – SINGAPORE, which is engaged in international trading activities in several parts of the world. Mr Fernando is also the Senior Legal Counsel for SUPREME GLOBAL HOLDINGS (PVT ) LTD Dubai, which is engaged in Natural Resources, Mining, Commodity trading, Space Technology & Shipping in Dubai, China, Uganda, Madagascar, Kenya & Sri Lanka.
Mr. Fernando has extensive experience in setting up commercial ventures all over the world and manage the operations of such entities based on customer requirements. He is a specialist in vetting commercial and non-commercial agreements to suit the requirements of any jurisdictions. He is also an expert in developing various business models and structuring corporate cultures for companies. He approaches all customer issues presented to him for advice with practical solutions available within the organization and opts for litigation as the last resort. He believes in identifying priorities in customer assignments and providing the most suitable and result-oriented solutions to the satisfaction of the customer. Mr. Fernando makes every effort to keep himself or one of his team members reachable to every existing or potential customer of SFA round the clock, since every corporate client value time and swift response more than anything in business.

Abeygunawardana is an Attorney-At-Law with over 13 years of active practice in courts as a lawyer in Labor, Criminal and Company matters. Mr. Abeywardana is a Bachelor of Arts, specialized in Banking & Finance from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He is also a well experienced professional dealing with government and private sector institutions in obtaining approvals and meeting regulatory compliance. He is also a Registered Company Secretary.
FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
Ranwatta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. He is a Founder and a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. Mr. Ranwatta also holds an MBA awarded by the ICFAI University, India and he “specialized” in Human Resource Management.
